Vitality and Imagination drew over 65 recent works from the NAFA's permanent art collection. Spanning three galleries, each provided different experiences. Works in Lim Hak Tai Gallery allowed for a multi-sensorial encounter through video and mixed media. The exhibition continued in The Ngee Ann Kongsi Galleries with Gallery 2 presenting more conventional artworks depicting landscape and familiar features and Gallery 1 showcased the abstract and less recognisable elements that play into imagination.
