Resources > Publications Requiem: by the photographers who died in Vietnam and Indochina

Published in 2011
ISBN: 978-981-08-9097-1

Between the height of the French Indochina War in the 1950s and the fall of Phnom Penh and Saigon in 1975, a total of 135 photographers from all sides of the conflict were recorded as missing or dead. Among them were men and women of all nationalities; Americans, French, British and three Singaporeans.

Requiem is a memorial of those men and women and of the last photographs they took. Published in conjunction with the worldwide touring exhibition by the George Eastman House, this project was organised in Singapore by NAFA and Phish Communications as part of the Month of Photography Asia 2011.
