Featuring a selection of recent works acquired from artists in residence together with the champions of NAFA’s Art Collection, the works in this exhibition offer a lens through which aesthetic premise, social concerns and creative fluency are made manifest with great clarity.
The diversity and artistic practices of 11 artists in Singapore and Southeast Asia represented the spectrum of artmaking in medium and material, across time and place. Each work offered a unique insight into a world through the artists’ eyes, engaging us to make connections as we see and are inspired by them. Featured artists include Singaporean artists Ho Leng, Yeo Chee Kiong, Indonesian artist Anagard and NAFA’s founding principal Lim Hak Tai.
