She has held solo exhibitions, such as My Journey, at Artemis Art, Kuala Lumpur (2020) and Chrysalis at Backroom Gallery, Kuala Lumpur (2022).

Boudville works with a variety of medium including oil, ink and printmaking. Time Capsules is a bold and experimental installation that demonstrates the artist’s courage, craftsmanship and willingness to explore beyond unconventional materials, to convey her story by building a fantastical and imaginary world to tell her stories.

The beauty and emotive element of work come in the form of a withered garden, replete with dried leaves, loose soil and crystallised butterflies encased in bell jars of various sizes on a large round table. Resembling exhibits at a museum, the dramatic installation is peppered with silkscreened text on an arrangement of dried leaves, as if labelling the taxidermied specimens. The installation represented a memory of a visit to the museum with her late father who had shaped her life, growing up. For Boudville, butterflies are significant, like a time capsule the crystalised creatures appear frozen in time and symbolically, they represent a wish for time to be at standstill, to relish in another moment with her late father.
