Kimberley Boudville (1999 -)
Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Kimberley Boudville is a visual artist working across different mediums. Having earlier completed a Diploma in Fine Arts at The One Academy in Malaysia, Boudville enrolled at NAFA and graduated with First Class Honours in Fine Art. Her graduation work comprising of an installation of crystallised taxidermied butterflies encased in bell jars earned her the Best of the Best in 2021.
Working fluidly across painting, ink drawing, and sculptural installation, Boudville makes deeply personal work that draws on her own experience and delves into the themes of grief, death and memory. Now based in Malaysia, Boudville continues to exhibit actively, holding solo exhibitions, among them her debut My Journey (2020), and taking part in group shows and artist residencies.
