The double bill book launch of Han Sai Por: Modern Sculpture and Ng Eng Teng: Entities and Enigma in Public Sculpture brought together the public art commissions of the two local renowned sculptors, Han Sai Por and the late Ng Eng Teng.
The Institute of Southeast Asian Arts (ISEAA) invited the sculptors Han Sai Por and Yeo Chee Kiong to offer some insights into their own practice and to bridge the gap between academia and contemporary practice in a Southeast Asian context. The book launch and dialogue was moderated by Syamil Dasuki, a third-year student from the department of Fine Art.
